Institute Member

The Institute Members shall comprise such:
a) Firms actively engaged in Real Estate Practice:

Institute Member Individual

The Institute Members shall comprise such:
b) Individuals who are actively engaged in Real Estate Practice within a Firm that is an Institute Member and who meet the eligibility established by the Council from time to time;

Institute Associate Member

The Institutes Associates shall comprise persons (including organisations) who are:
a) not eligible (upon application) to be Institute Members or Practitioner Members.
b) who are actively engaged in an Associated Calling; and
c) who have been admitted for the time being as an Institute Associate by the Council

Practitioner Member

a) Persons who are admitted by the Council as any of a Life Fellow, Past Service Member or Honorary Member; or
b) Persons who are employed or are engaged by a Firm that is an Institute Member and who hold a current registration or License under the Agents Act 2003 and who undertake Real Estate Practice with that Institute Member; or
c) Persons who are employed by a Firm that is an Institute Member in the capacity as a “manager” (by whatever title) who meets such criteria for experience and qualification as the Council may prescribe from time to time, if any;


Past Service Members

The Council may invite any former Institute Member past Practitioner Members or representatives of a Member no longer involved in Real Estate Practice, to become a Past Service Member and on such invitation being accepted the person shall be admitted as a Past Service Member

Life Fellow

The Council may admit a person as a Life Fellow, who shall be a person who is or was a Practitioner Member, an Institute Member or representative of a member and whom Council resolves to elect as such in recognition of exceptional services rendered to the Institute

Honorary Member

The Council may admit such persons who are actively engaged in advancing one or more objects of the Institute as Honorary Members who are visiting members of other Real Estate Institutes or Associations or other Kindred organisations or dignitaries whom the Council may wish to recognise and elect to Honorary Membership provided that Honorary Membership shall be for a period not exceeding one year from the date of admission
