The latest Domain House Price Report for the June quarter, shows the ACT median house price hit $1,154,535, growing by 1.8% over the quarter and 14.3% year-on-year.

Canberra’s Inner South showed the most robust growth with the median house price increasing over the quarter by 5.1% to $2.05 million, up 13.9 % year-on-year.

These results are despite the annual pace of growth in the ACT slowing to an 18-month low, according to this latest data release. Units across the ACT also reported growth in this quarter.
