To support the industry, we’re developing training designed to help agents understand what’s required and apply it confidently in day-to-day practice.

We’re inviting real estate professionals to have their say and help shape this training. This will ensure it reflects real scenarios, practical challenges and what actually works in your day-to-day practice.

💡 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦: In a recent column for the Australian Property Investor Magazine, REIACT CEO Maria Edwards discusses the impacts of reducing the CGT discount. Edwards recommends since the after-tax benefit of capital growth will likely decline for property investors, a shift in focus to income performance would be wise, citing the ACT is well worth considering as a jurisdiction that demonstrates high cash flow and relative high affordability.
