INTERVIEW – REIACT President Response to Greens proposal for a nationwide freeze on rent increases.
This morning on ABC Canberra Radio, REIACT President, Hannah Gill responded to the federal Greens proposal to nation-wide rent freeze as a mode of addressing cost of living pressures.
Ms Gill the proposal provided a simplistic solution to address a more complexed situation. She said supply issues have been the underlying problem in the ACT and what’s needed if we want to have a balance of housing in the Capital.
