MEDIA INTERVIEW: REIACT CEO MARIA EDWARDS ON INCREASING FOREIGN INVESTORS IN ACT PROPERTY MARKET
REIACT CEO Maria Edwards in a recent interview with ABC Canberra said she had no concerns over the increase in foreign investors in the ACT property market last year as they still represent a very small proportion of actual purchasers and that it is positive to have overseas buyers interested in the Territory. With Canberra’s real estate market being flat in the last couple of years, the growth in foreign investment has not resulted in an increase in property prices.
