REIACT CEO Maria Edwards in a recent interview with ABC Canberra said that with the current property market in the ACT, there is a lot of opportunities for first time home buyers. She noteed that rents have stablised and have become a bit more affordable in the ACT, allowing potential buyers to have more disposable income to save towards their deposit.
