REIACT CEO Maria Edwards in a recent interview with ABC Canberra shared her insights on AirBnb’s recent ban on the use of security cameras inside the premises of rental properties, emphasising that this is not a common practice she is aware of and would also be a breach of tenants’ quiet enjoyment of a property if cameras were placed inside a standard long-term rental.
