MEDIA RELEASE: ACT WINS BIG AT REIA NATIONAL AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE 2024
MEDIA RELEASE: 17 MAY 2024
Hobart, Tasmania – The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) took home 7 out of 25 awards, the highest number for any state or territory, at the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s (REIA) National Awards for Excellence (NAFE) 2024 held on 16th May in Hobart, Tasmania.
REIACT President Hannah Gill said this recognition is a testament to the excellence and hard work of real estate professionals in the ACT.
“Last night was a truly remarkable achievement for our ACT representatives. They are the best in our industry and I could not be more proud to see them be recognised in the whole of Australia as well,” Ms Gill said.
Meanwhile, REIACT Chief Executive Officer Maria Edwards said last night’s multiple wins are an addition to the Institute’s milestones this year, coinciding with its 50th year of operation.
“I am immensely proud of what the ACT finalists and winners have achieved, and we will use this momentum to continue providing ways to help them improve the professional standards in the ACT’s real estate industry,” Ms Edwards said.
